Punjabi food

Day before yesterday I had Parak paneel at Kugayma for dinner,
and yesterday I had butter chicken with my Indian colleague.
I have recognized I could have Indian food everyday,
and I really like Indian food especially Punjabi.
because Priyanka is from Punjab <- just joking..

Sometimes I cook indian food in my house also,
if I started restaurant, I can serve some Indian meal.
when I had Indian food in India, my confidence about Indian meal
is gone. It was totally deferent what I knew.

Indian meal in India has a lot of ingredients which is hard to find in Japan.
these are Ghee, Hing, shahi jeera and so on.
(you can find some of them at Indian glossely shop in Japan
but it's so expensive)

Nowadays I started cooking south Indian food, but now its only Sambhar,
it tastes like sour and spicy, and is made of dal basically.
Last time I went to Meguro and got Hing there.

then I was looking for Tamarind which is from toropical country.
so it is very hard to find and store in Japan though
you can use plum tube instead of it.

next time i would post some photos if I could take.
